Booking and contact information is stored in our email system (Outlook) for up to five years, unless manually deleted earlier. This allows us to follow up on bookings, manage recurring contacts and support organisational development.

Statistical data collected via Google Analytics is stored according to Google’s standard retention period, usually up to 14 months.

Sharing of personal data

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

Website statistics are handled anonymously via Google Analytics.

For newsletters, we use Mailchimp. However, subscriptions are not made through this website.
